In a calm atmosphere of the Japanese restaurant Yamazato, Nishiki an 11-seat counter bar that offers freshly fried tempura. Its counter is created using one majestic piece of Japanese cypress from Owari region. Across the counter, the chef coats the fresh ingredients in a tempura batter and deep-fry them as you watch. Our tempura highlights the true flavor of each ingredients.
